The results of the fourth expert monitoring on the fulfillment of Ukraine's obligations with regard to the legislative approximation to the EU requirements are based on the progress in the fulfillment of the agreement within four years (2014-2018) and on the progress of the approximation of the national legislation in areas such as transport, consumer protection, customs, trade, entrepreneurship, services, energy, taxation, the environment, the economy, social affairs, public health, insurance, postal services and telecommunication.
The Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (Kiev) foreign office has been assisting Ukrainian Center for European Policy (UCEP) for three years in the preparation of independent public monitoring of the implementation of the Association Agreement.
