Diplomasi Lab is a two-month virtual capacity building program powered by Malaysian Youth Diplomacy with support by Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) in Malaysia and Malaysian CSO-SDG Alliance. The participants were exposed to the skill set of diplomacy and negotiation, enabling them to understand the concept behind the architecture of Malaysia’s foreign policy and its implementation.

Diplomasi Lab then ended with the first ever Malaysian Foreign Policy Competition (MFPC) which witnessed nine groups presenting their ideas on making Malaysia’s foreign policy more inclusive by addressing the dimension of youths and Sustainable Development Goals.

Thereby, the Roundtable on Youth as Agents of Malaysia’s Foreign Policy is organized for the winning group to share their ideas with policymakers and policy implementers, and to focus on increasing the role of youth in actively pursuing Malaysia’s foreign policy through increasing diplomacy literacy awareness.
