The New York Office of Konrad-Adenauer-Foundation will host an expert round table addressing the benefits and challenges of migration.
On this occasion, we would like to invite you to discuss together with the authors of the recent publication volume “Refugees and Migrants in Law and Policy – Challenges and Opportunities for Global Civic Education” the implications of their research for the achievement of the Global Compact for Migration objectives:
(16) Empower migrants and societies to realize full inclusion and social cohesion;
(17) Eliminate all forms of discrimination and promote evidence-based public discourse to shape perceptions of migration;
(19) Create conditions for migrants and diasporas to fully contribute to sustainable development in all countries.
