The recent ASEAN Summit in Vientiane and the subsequent meeting between the leaders of ASEAN and some of its leading Dialogue Parnters were of particular significance in terms of advancing many of ASEAN's purposes and those of its most important neighbours. ASEAN Secretary-General Ong Keng Yong will give a briefing on the overall results of these significant events and seek to carify the many questions that arise about them.
