Consultative Seminar entitled "The Provisions of the Draft Penal Code (Amendment) on Crimes of Infringing Upon Human Rights, Democratic Freedom of Citizen and the Death Penalty" is a forum for experienced lawyers and officials of the Ministry of Justice to discuss the important provisions in the draft Penal Code. High on the seminar's agenda are new type of crimes infringing upon freedom and democracy rights of citizens, the reduction of death penalty and life imprisonment without parole. Also included in the program are discussion on exemption of penal liability and remission of criminal record.
