Mr. Michael Winzer, KAS Vietnam interim representative handed over the baton to Mr. Peter Girke yesterday under the witness of Ms. Iris Grunow from KAS Berlin, and staff of KAS Vietnam office.

Mr. Girke was country representative to Uganda and then in charge of East Africa in headquarters as well as coordinator of the Rule of Law Programme before taking the mission in Vietnam.

We thank Mr. Winzer for his enthusiasm and tireless efforts in keeping the office running smoothly over the past months and we wish Mr. Girke a successful term!
