Seminar
Details
HA NOI (KAS) – The Konrad Adenauer Foundation Hanoi (KAS) cooperates with the Foreign Trade University (FTU) to organize three seminars on the opportunities and challenges that the EU-Vietnam Free Trade Agreement could bring about for the non-state sector.
The seminars, which are included in a two-phase project funded by KAS, aim to improve the participation of private sectors in realizing the EU-Vietnam Free Trade Agreement (EVFTA).
Taking place in April in three major cities of Vietnam (Hanoi, Da Nang and HCM City), the workshops are expected to attract economic experts from FTU, the National Committee for International Economic Integration (NCIEC) and the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industries (VCCI). The seminars, therefore, are expected to get the non-state actors welll informed of the coming EVFTA.
In the second stage of the project a booklet entitled “Q&A on EVFTA for enterprises” is scheduled to be published in electronic and hard copy. The booklet will cover the important information on the EVFTA as well as the issues that the seminar participants did touch. - KAS
