Although the primary audience of this study is Ukraine and its political leadership, it also represents a well-developed reflection of the current views within the Ukrainian expert community on the state and possible future development of Belarusian-Ukrainian relations. It is precisely this that makes the study useful and relevant to a broad range of both experts and decision makers seeking to achieve a sustainable resolution of the regional security situation, in which Belarus, owing to its geopolitical position, plays a significant role.
