Project Objectives
- Support of the research activities and institutional development of Belarusian think tanks in exile, helping them to preserve and strengthen their capacities;
- Promotion of the stronger synergies among Belarusian think tanks in exile by fostering closer coordination and cooperation among themselves and with international, primarily European, peers, thereby reinforcing the sector;
- Presentation of the research findings and promotion of the independent analysis of social, political, and economic trends by organizing targeted events and consultations in both online and offline formats, including the stimulating evidence-based policy dialogue with Belarusian democratic forces and international partners.
Our Role
This project is led by the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung e.V. (KAS) Belarus Office, working closely with the Head Office in Berlin and KAS Office Brussels. We bring longstanding experience, expertise and strong networks in project management and Belarus-related studies.
Key Partners
The key partners in this project are five Belarusian think tanks. These organizations contribute deep expertise in political analysis, economic policy, governance, and youth leadership, having led projects and events for Belarusian and international audiences over the years.
