Within the first part of the workshop Belarusian students and young professionals got a lecture on "Job Search and Career Opportunities at IO’s and European NGOs - most Common Requirements, Application Process: CV, Motivational Letter and Reference" by Julia Sandner, Consultant for the personnel abroad at the Konrad Adenauer Foundation (Berlin, Germany).

In the second part Dr. Matthias Bauer, Senior Economist at the European Centre for International Political Economy (ECIPE) lectured on "Social Market Economy: between a Contradiction and a Basis for Consensus on Economic Policy".
