This study examining how Russia and India perceive Germany's 'Energiewende' (energy transition) is the culmination of a two-part research series commissioned by KAS. Aiming to identify the impact of Germany's Energiewende on international development policy, KAS decided to analyse the group of emerging countries known as the BRICS - Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa.
