On the sidelines of Federal President Frank-Walter Steinmeier's visit to India, the India office of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung organized a dialogue program with Indian Members of Parliament and representatives of the BJP for the only Member of the German parliament accompanying him, Mr. Ralph Brinkhaus, chairman of the German-Indian parliamentary group in the past legislative period, on 23rd March, 2018.

Discussion about Radicalization, Populism and Disinformation in Europe, India and the United States

On March 22, 2018, Peter Rimmele, Resident Representative of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung in India, participated in a panel discussion at the 14th edition of the India Trilateral Forum which was organized by the German Marshall Fund of the United States (GMFUS), the Observer Research Foundation (ORF) and the Swedish Foreign Ministry in Goa.

The Gateway of India Geoeconomic Dialogue

Where geopolitics meets business

Gateway House: The Indian Council on Global Relations and the Ministry of External Affairs of India organized the third "The Gateway of India Geoeconomic Dialogue" on 12th and 13th March 2018 in Mumbai with the support of the India office of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung. This dialogue is India's most important conference on geo-economic topics with the aim of creating synergies between economic and foreign policies.
