On July 16, 2014, the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung Israel and the College of Law and Business will hold a symposium focusing on the global phemomenon of climate change and the rights and obligations as well as volontary steps of corporations in order to adapt to climate change on the one hand and to help to mitigate further global warming on the other. At the centre of this, German and Israeli perspectives will be presented. The symposium will host corporate executives, leading academic researchers and committed regulators from Germany and Israel.

The goal of the symposiom is to bring climate change and its implications for the business sector to the awareness of the public and decision makers by creating a public discussion event with expert’s perspectives and manager’s mode of implementation.

The symposium will be held in English.
