Konrad-Adenauer-Foundation (KAS) together with Dr. Joerg Menzel from the Centre for International Migration and Development (CIM), legal advisor to the Senate, and in collaboration with the Secretariat of the Senate conducted a four weeks training course starting on 26 January, 2009 to provide some basic legal understanding and information about current legal developments to staffs of the National Assembly, Senate and Government. As most of the 41 participants have never received any legal education, their knowledge of such issues is often deficient.
