Journalism Talk-02

Journalists are consistently confronted with disturbing and traumatic events. Further they bear a burden of responsibility towards society. Still there is few awareness about the critical mental health issues journalists are exposed to due to their work. They are affected by depression, a feel of guilt, post-traumatic stress disorder and burnout. It is time to talk about the vulnerability of journalists to mental health issues and propose solutions and support.
