Kenya's next generation of political leaders are preparing to take a more effective and active role in governance and party structures. On November 5th and 6th, 2025, the youth structure of the Kenya African National Union (KANU) will convene its young leaders in Nairobi for two days of targeted training and capacity building focused on translating youth aspirations into concrete actionable political action.
This specialized workshop is organized by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation (KAS) under the WYDE Political Parties project, led by ENoP and supported by the European Commission, the workshop will explore how young people can bridge divides, counter polarization and radicalization, and build a culture of political cooperation ahead of the 2027 elections.
The core goal is to equip young leaders with the essential knowledge and skills needed to navigate party mechanisms, advance policy agendas, and fulfill legislative and representative roles effectively.
