A year ago a first agreement between Kosovo and Serbia on the "normalization of the relations" between the two states was signed in Brussels and hailed as a historic milestone. Konrad-Adenauer-Foundation within its series of Kosovo Policy Briefs herewith presents a Policy Brief on this important topic written by Engjellushe Morina, Co-founder and Chairperson of the Prishtina Council for Foreign Relations, a think tank based in Prishtina. The aim of the policy brief is to assess the state of the agreement one year after it was concluded. It tries to elaborate three main questions that have surrounded the process since its inception:
