The handbook gives an overview of the local elections 2013 with all important information considering the elections process, voting model, the electoral observers and electoral authorities, the Kosovo’s voting system for local elections, political parties and coalitions which will participate in elections as well as and overview of the main candidates for mayors in the municipalities of the country. The handbook is available in Albanian, Englisch and Serbian language.
