The Importance of Central Europe for the EU

The KAS office for Croatia and Slovenia and the KAS Office Multilateral Dialogue in Vienna organized the second event on "The Importance of Central Europe for the EU" in Bled, Slovenia, from May 6th to 8st, 2022. With the participation of the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Slovenia and the Chairman of the Party „New Slovenia“ (NSi), Matej Tonin, and the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany in Slovenia, Adrian Pollmann, participants from Croatia, Austria, Hungary, Poland and Czech Republic discussed the best examples and failures of cross-border cooperation, the basics of international law, the independence of the judiciary and the importance of values in crisis situations.
