The Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) Malaysia Office is looking for an 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁 & 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 to join our team.
In this role, you will:
💼 Manage bookkeeping, financial reporting and year-end closing processes
📊 Coordinate payroll, tax and audit documentation
🤝 Work closely with our colleagues in Germany, external service providers and government agencies
🎤 Support the organisation of events, travel arrangements and office administration
We are looking for someone who has:
✅ A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
✅ At least 𝟮 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 of relevant work experience
✅ Strong knowledge of financial procedures and accounting
✅ Fluency in 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵 and 𝗕𝗮𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗮
✅ Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive mindset
