A government budget that is gender-responsive can ensure equitable and effective distribution of the benefits of economic growth for all. To optimise the discussion, the programme includes a dedicated segment for key discussants to present input before it opens up to a plenary session for participants to share further.

This roundtable will contribute towards a brief budget review publication, advocacy and government engagements from various stakeholders in a scrutiny of Budget 2023, and recommendations for Budget 2024 across key thematic areas and vulnerable groups.
