KAS Media Africa wants to help build on the increasingly important role that Social Media activists and bloggers play in Sub-Saharan Africa. The workshop gives young, talented political bloggers a chance to meet like-minded people from the region and discuss ways of raising public awareness as well as marketing strategies, securing quality in Social Media and blogs, and discussing journalistic standards still relevant in new media surroundings.
