The time has never been more ripe to focus on shaping Namibia's future leaders and we are excited to announce the kick-off of the first session as part of the KAS-TEP (Talent Empowerment Programme) for this year scheduled from 13 to 17 April in Swakopmund.

With 29 participants, the programme promises to serve as a dialogue and networking platform to enhance leadership and project management traits within the Civil Society Sector in Namibia and strengthen participant's personal and professional development through soft skills.

The first edition of our brand new digital guide for CSOs will also be launched during this week so keep an eye out for future updates and to gain access to this practical tool.
