At the end of November 2016, a nationwide telephone survey, which included several topics connected with religion in Macedonia was prepared and conducted. The main objective of the research was to explore the possible connections and the influence of religion towards personal attitudes on different topics, considering and exploring the main opportunities and challenges in the society.
The main idea behind this project proposal is through obtained survey data and analysis on the public perceptions and attitudes towards religion and their role in the Macedonian multi-confessional society, to initiate a public debate and to raise the public awareness on this issues, which could lead to future changes and improvements in this sphere, thus in society.
