Daniel Braun, the Official representative of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung, in his welcoming address, emphasized that "The Konrad Adenauer Foundation and the Party Research and Analytical Center "Ljubisha Georgievski" continue their fruitful cooperation in terms of conducting discussions on the development of the country and topics related to the future. Russian aggression against Ukraine shows even more how much new development is needed in the energy sector. Many thanks to the president of the party, Hristijan Mickoski, who personally attended the event of the Executive Committee in Ohrid and participated in the discussions on these important topics. We continue to rely on our member party that these social challenges will be overcome within our code of values and we need a clear common language and solidarity to act together and stronger. We believe that VMRO-DPMNE will advance the fight against corruption, strengthen the rule of law and continue to build the independent judiciary. The latest report of the European Commission showed that there is still much need for action in order to move and to implement the necessary reforms. As EPP we will continue to be on your side, so that your beautiful country enters the European Union as soon as possible, and I see this clearly as a common and shared responsibility."
