This survey focuses on the legislative process in the Palestinian Autonomous Territories during the interim period starting with the administration through the Israeli occuptaion leading to full functionality by the Palestinian Autonomy. The study includes the time of the declaration of principles, the Oslo I Agreement 1991, the Gaza-Jericho-Agreement 1994 and the Interim Agreement on West Bank and Gaza 1995 (Oslo II).
