The speaker briefed the audience about previous international cases and experiences that took place in the world, highlighting the procedures that every case went through.
He explained the available international instruments according to international law, without forgetting the question of the mandatory decisions of the International Courts and the mandatory nature of the International Law itself.
The lecturer was impressed by the level of awareness shown by the students, through the questions addressed to him at the end of the lecture.
The lecture was attended by at least 70 person mainly students and faculty professors.
