After giving an overview about the establishment and the members of the International Criminal Court, Dr. Abd Al Rahman spoke in detail about the structure, the jurisdiction, the mechanisms to initiate proceedings, and the current cases in front of the Court.
The lecture, which took place at the facilities of the IoL in Gaza City, was attended by 48 students.
