This online seminar will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2020 from 1:00 PM to 4:15 PM Manila time, which features Ms. Nguyen Thuy Anh, Research Fellow at the East Sea Institute in the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam, who will be presenting the "Chinese Narratives about the South China Sea" and Dr. Xun Zhou, Reader in Modern History at the Department of History in the University of Essex, who will be speaking about "China's Information Drive Versus COVID-19".
