The study tour will provide opportunities for dialogue and exchange of experiences between elected Philippine public officials and the representatives and public office holders of the ruling party in Germany, the Christian Democratic Union. It will also introduce, to the selected Philippine public officials, the German experiences with the Parliamentary System of Government, with Federalism and the Social Market Economy.
