A KAS team, formed by the new Resident Representative of the Philippines' Office, Benedikt Seemann, the former Philippine Resident Representative Peter Köppinger, and Program Manager Tonette de Jesus, met with Secretary De Lima and Chief State Counsel Paras. They discussed KAS in the Philippines' leadership transition and more importantly, the pressing challenges and opportunities facing the justice system in the Philippines today.
