Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS), together with the Partnership for Democratic Local Governance in Southeast Asia (DELGOSEA) and the Partnership for Integrity and Job Creation (Project i4J), will organize an international conference on local partnerships for integrity and job creation. The conference aims to gather local government units and local government associations across Southeast Asia to exchange experiences and best practices on efforts geared toward improving transparency, effectiveness and efficiency of local government processes in order to attract business and investments in their respect localities.
