Hands up is a symbol for: No violence, stop!

Prof. Dr. Stefan Jost and the delegation was received by the international organization g7+ in Dili, Timor Leste. Interesting exchanges took place about g7+'s work in improving the development of fragile and failing states in 20 countries around the world. Furthermore, the DELACSE Bangsamoro delegation was also received by the Philippine Embassy in Timor-Leste, represented by Ambassador Abdulmaid Kiram Muin.

During the study tour, Dr. Jost and the group had the privilege to meet with José Manuel Ramos-Horta, former President of East Timor and co-recipient of the 1996 Nobel Peace Prize. Dr. Jost also met the youngest member of the Timor-Leste Parliament, who also happens to be a KASYP - Konrad Adenauer School for Young Politicians alumni. Last, but not the least, the delegation met the Prime Minister of Timor-Leste.
