MOU Signing with Anti-Red Tape Authority
The LoGIC Project and the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) strengthened their partnership through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding at the ARTA office, February 12.
The LoGIC Network, in cooperation with the project consortium, the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) Philippines Office and ARTA, supports the advocacy in raising awareness of the Ease of Doing Business Law implementation in various LGUs in the country. Dr. Stefan Jost, KAS country director, and Atty. Jeremiah Belgica, ARTA director general, signed the MOU which also expresses support for integrity-building mechanisms and business-promotion programs.
