At the same time, the multiple uncertainties over how the world of tomorrow will be governed, by whom, and under which norms, appear to favor interest-based cooperation among geopolitical actors alongside more structural partnerships. A summary report will follow soon in order to present the main findings of the expert meeting to the wider public.
