Welcome to the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung in Poland
The Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) is a German political foundation committed to strengthening democracy, the rule of law, freedom and international cooperation. For more than three decades, KAS Poland has promoted political and expert dialogue, supported the development of civil society and fostered exchange between Poland, Germany and Europe.
Our work focuses on issues that are central to today's political and societal challenges. We cooperate with partners from politics, public administration, civil society, academia and expert communities, creating opportunities for meaningful dialogue, building trust and developing practical solutions.
We place particular emphasis on strengthening democratic resilience, developing future leaders, security and defence policy, European and international cooperation, the rule of law and civic engagement. Through modern educational formats, leadership programmes and expert initiatives, we promote knowledge exchange, skills development and the creation of long-term networks.
As part of the international network of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung, we connect partners from Poland, Germany and other countries, creating a platform for dialogue and cooperation based on shared values and a common responsibility for Europe's future.
Our activities are complemented by scholarship programmes, internships, study visits and international exchange programmes that provide opportunities to develop skills, gain practical experience and build lasting networks among partners from Poland, Germany and across Europe.
