The workshop was conducted by the internationally renowned trainer An Swinnen. Together with the Kuwaiti marketing expert Umar Al-Houti, Swinnen presented core issues such as strategic planning, marketing, finance, time management, as well as setting and achieving goals.

In addition to business strategies and many useful and practical tips, the workshop offered the opportunity to exchange ideas and to share experiences and discuss challenges young women face in the Kuwaiti society. The participants agreed that young female entrepreneurs should be given more leeway and greater legal ground to start and grow their businesses.
