Marc Spitzkatz, head of KAS Rule of Law Programme Asia, introduced the German system. Att. Lalit Basnet, Att. Sajjan Bar Singh and Att. Dilmani Pokharel commented from the Nepalese side. The opening was made by the German ambassador to Nepal, Matthias Meyer, and director of Centre of Southasian Studies, Dr. Nishchal Pandey.
