The 2nd KAS Alumni Lawyers Meeting in Asia was held in Hong Kong to discuss developments of Environment Legislation in Asia and Europe on Dec 16 – 17, 2012. Alumni from Cambodia, China, Japan, Korea and Vietnam were invited to present pertinent environmental issues of their respective countries highlighting the legal and institutional mechanisms that have been set to combat the issue. The seminar concluded with a round table discussion of all participants together on shared perspectives that have emerged on developments to further Environment Legislation across this region.
