Details

The meeting will discuss complementarity and particularly the obligations South Africa faces in the aftermath of the recent debacle when the South African government failed to arrest the Sudanese President Omar Al Bashir who was indicted by the International Criminal Court (ICC) in 2009 for war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide committed in Darfur.
