Details

The consequences of climate change are especially affecting the African continent. Although more than 80% of the people in Tanzania are directly dependent on agriculture and therefore most affected by extrem changes of weather conditions, the awareness of the population is still humble. By inviting students and teachers from secondary schools in Dar es Salaam to discuss the topic and try to establish solutions, KAS Tanzania and CETA contribute in developing awareness on climate change to the youth with regards to the consequences for the socio-economic and poltical development of Tanzania.
