Ecosystem Roundtable- Discussion on Digitalization and Entrepreneuership
Collaboration amongst Stakeholders
This activity is organized together with our partner The Launchpad Tanzania. The Idea is to create a hub for incubation and skills exchange, for the benefit of entrepreneurs in Tanzania by bringing in all the resources, crowdsourcing and ecosystem mapping. The main Stakeholders that were engaged in the Situation Analysis Report of 2020 will be engaged in a two days Roundtable discussion. The Object ist, that the partnering of NGOs will create an ecosystem that will enable the youth of Tanzania to improve their livelihood/earning potential from the pipeline of value made possible through Digitilization and Entrepreneurship.

ToT - Tuungane Project Phase III
Training of Tainers for PCCB officials
The TUUNGANE Project between KAS and PCCB goes into Phase III. This is the first activity among various that will strengthen PCCB officials in their fight against corruption. This Training of Trainers will take place in Dodoma and its aim is to enhance the capacity of the participants as trainers and advocates of this topic.

Digitalization in East Africa
Connectivity, the use of internet services and their implications for thepeople
As a continuation of a conference in Uganda last year, the Konrad Adenauer Foundation in Tanzania intends this year to speak about digitization in East Africa with representatives from all relevant sectors and areas and the three countries Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania. The objective is to discuss the opportunities and overall success of the digital transformation in East Africa. Nevertheless, this year’s conference will focus on the opportunities to improve gender equality for women and job creation for young people

On Saturday November 2nd the Zanzibar Female Lawyers Association (ZAFELA) and the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) organise a book Launch on the new published book ”The Rights of Muslim Women according to Qur’an” in Stone Town, Unguja. The Members of ZAFELA view their finished publication and discuss future steps.

The Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) is organising a joint Workshop together with the Wakatoliki wa Tanzania (WAWATA) and the Association of Muslim Women (JUWAKITA) on the topic of "women's rights in Tanzania". The Workshop will be held on October 19th and 20th in Dar es Salaam.
