Signs are growing that the 2020 voter turnout could be record breaking high with a surge of new voters potentially producing the most diverse electorate in American history - foremost: millennials and minorities who are projected to equal or even surpass the share of eligible voters composed of Baby Boomers and the Silent and Greatest Generations. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic and social impact movements, these voters have potential to tip the balance and win the election for their choice candidate and issues.
