Can Germany and the United States find common ground in the rule of law, security, and immigration issues? What will the future hold for German students doing their research and earning master’s degrees at U.S. universities?

Prof. Dr. Günter Krings, MdB met with law makers, members of the Trump administration and politics experts in Washington, DC. to emphasize the importance of transatlantic ties. At the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) in Virginia, the law maker explored the center’s resources and talked about exploring even closer cooperation with German law enforcement agencies. Dr. Krings visited the Boston area to discuss the intersection of technology and democracy and meet with German academics to talk about the future of their studies and research in the U.S.
