On July 15, 2025, the Civic Influence Hub, in cooperation with the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung Lebanon, hosted a high-level consultative conference at Al Bustan Hotel in Beit Meri. The event brought together constitutional experts, political figures, academics, and civil society leaders to reflect on the legacy of the Taëf Accord and explore concrete steps toward building a sovereign, just, and inclusive Lebanese state. Through constructive dialogue and a jointly endorsed final statement, the conference reaffirmed the relevance of the Accord and identified clear legislative and institutional reforms needed to restore trust in the Lebanese state and advance the principles of citizenship and the rule of law.
