令和の政治改革への契機として

政治資金問題の余波と政治改革についての一考察

2023 年末、日本政治は自由民主党の清和政策研究会(安倍派)や志帥会(二階 派)の政治資金問題に大きく揺れた。これは、両派閥が一部の議員の各派主催政 治資金パーティーの売り上げノルマ超過分をそれぞれの政治資金収支報告書に記 載せず当該議員に還流し、そして複数の安倍派議員がこれを自身の政治資金収支 報告書に記載しなかったと疑われる事案である。本稿は本事案に端を発する政治 への余波と政治改革について筆者の考察を論ずるものである。
