Legal experts from inter alia Germany, Thailand and the Philippines discussed the Kingdom of Cambodia’s administrative mechanisms from within and outside of the ASEAN framework for promoting information exchange, development and regional peace. It was aimed at bringing forth the best practices in administration to handle complaints at the national and sub-national level and

further how these mechanisms shall then liaise with the ASEAN's administrative framework.
