Invitation: Addressing Inequality - Annual Conference

It is often said that South Africa’s challenges and problems can be summed up in the trilogy of poverty, inequality and unemployment. The Foundation has decided to focus on inequality in its 2019 annual conference. This conference is held every year to commemorate the parliamentary speech of former President FW de Klerk held on 2 February 1990, in which he announced that political parties would be unbanned and political prisoners would be released - most important of whom was Nelson Mandela.
