The Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) in Phnom Penh invited spokespersons and information officers from three provinces (Kandal, Kampong Speu and Preah Vihear), a representative of the Ministry of Information and a representative of the Interior Ministry, to a one-week study tour to Germany.
The purpose of the trip was:
- to provide an insight into the work of spokespersons of different institutions and government levels in Germany
- to illustrate that active information policy is required by all governmental levels
