The program gave the international guests the opportunity to have various meetings and field trips and served as a forum to discuss political cooperation.

The group attended the Congress, held meetings with Kataeb Party executives to discuss political dynamics of the MENA region and in Lebanon and joined a panel discussion on Lebanon's economic challenges and potential paths to recovery. Moreover, the international guests received a briefing about the investigation into the Beirut Port Blast and visited the site of the explosion. On the last day, the visitors witnessed the internal elections process inside the Kataeb HQ.

The international program provided an opportunity for the Kataeb Party to showcase their democratic processes and to strengthen their outreach and collaboration with international partners. It contributed to Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung’s efforts to facilitate international dialogue and cooperation.
